| FAQ's
1) Do I need to know the weight of my goods?
In most cases you can estimate your weight . But be aware that the carrier can and will adjust the weight, which will determine your final cost. The final weight is known as the "chargeable weight". For Air Freight, chargeable weight may be the dimensional weight if greater than the gross weight of the shipment.
2) Does size matter for air shipment?
Yes, air freight is based on both the actual weight and chargeable weight of the cargo, known as ‘Volumetric Weight’..
3) How is chargeable weight (Volumetric Weight) calculated?
here is a special formula. All three dimensions (Length x Width x Height) divided by 6000 is equal to the volumetric weight. The weight charged is the greater of actual or volumetric weight.
4) My last company would promise me the moon, but never delivered?
We tell you the truth - even if it hurts. While at times we can do the 'impossible', this is not always the case. If it can be done we will tell you. If it can't be done, well, we will tell you that too. When that happens we don't hide - We fix it.
5) Do you have warehouse where I can drop off the cargo?
Yes, we have a receiving warehouse in London, near Heathrow Airport.
6) Do you have office at destination where can we pick up the cargo ?
Yes, you can pick up the cargo at a local office in country
7) Can you handle a door delivery at destination? Can you handle a pick up from a residential area?

2/3 days on average.
9) Are there types of cargo that cannot be shipped via air freight?
Yes, anything hazardous, flammable, dangerous, chemicals, computer batteries, live animals, perishable items, etc.
10) Does my shipment need any special packaging for freight shipping?
Yes your freight needs to be packaged and/or palletized and made ‘fit-to-fly’. Shrink wrap, corrugated boxing, palletizing and strapping is the most common type of packing.
